Frequently asked questions
Do I need a PayPal account to buy your courses?
You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy our courses, you can use a regular debit or credit card to pay. We use PayPal as our payment gateway which means the payment processing is handled on their site for security and ease.
How quickly can I get started?
Our system is virtually instant, once your payment is received you’ll be able to access your courses, so you can sign up whenever you want too; weekdays, evenings, weekends, even during holiday times.
How long should I allow for my training?
Our courses vary in length and people’s abilities and knowledge vary too, so it’s impossible to be specific, but as a guide we recommend two to eight hours per course.
What if I don’t pass first time?
Great news, all resits are free. If you don’t pass then you can still return to the training notes to brush up on your knowledge.
How long will my courses be available to me?
All CCO courses remain available to you for 12 months or until you pass (whichever comes first).
I’m not a computer hero, will I be able to do online training?
We appreciate everyones PC knowledge is different so we have designed our site and our courses to be pretty straightforward to use which means you should only need basic computer / keyboard skills.
If you do need help selecting the right courses or help with any other pre-sales enquires then simply use our online chat function (the tab at the bottom of the page), and our qualified team will be pleased to assist you. We’re usually around for the online chat during UK office hours - but if we’re not drop us an email to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you.
How do I get my certificate when I pass?
When you successfully complete your end of course exam you will be able to download your unique serialised certificate as a PDF. Simply save this to your computer and print it off whenever you need it.
Can I buy courses for several people?
You can either follow the process as if you were buying for another person (see above), but you will need to repeat the buying cycle for each new persons course requirements.
For now, we do not have Volume Purchase Plan (VPP).
